How do exchange rates work?

Select the country from which you are sending, then select the country to which you are sending. If you know how much you want to send, choose pay. If you know how much the beneficiary should receive, choose receive. Enter the amount and the platform will show the corresponding value.

To use Forward Cash, you must register. Please click sign up.

How can I start using Forward Cash?

Create your account, complete the required information, and sign in to start sending money.

Why can I not register?

Please make sure you filled in all required fields, chose a strong password as requested, and accepted the terms and conditions. If you still need help, contact us by email or phone.

Why do I see a message saying that I am already registered?

The email address you are using is already attached to an account. If you forgot your password, click the forgotten password link.

Why do I have to provide all requested details?

The law requires us to collect personal data for each customer.

How do I sign in to my account?

Click sign in, then enter the email address and password you used during registration.

Why can I not sign in?

Please check that you entered the correct email address and password.

How can I recover my login username?

If you forgot the email address used during registration, please contact us.

How can I recover my password?

If you forgot your password, click Forgotten password to reset it and choose a new one.

A transaction request begins when you choose the destination country, payment option, recipient, and amount to send, then confirm the payment.

How does my beneficiary contact Forward Cash?

Your beneficiary does not need to contact Forward Cash. If they are collecting cash, ask them to go to a Forward Cash agency. Otherwise, let them know their bank account or mobile money wallet will be credited shortly.

How long does it take for the beneficiary to receive the funds?

Cash pickup is immediate during opening hours. Bank deposits are made the same day if we receive the sender payment before 14:00 local time in the beneficiary country, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Mobile money deposits are also made the same day under the same conditions.

Can my beneficiary contact Forward Cash if there is a problem?

Yes. They can contact Forward Cash using the contact number shown on our website.

What happens if my beneficiary wants to change the reception method?

The sender must contact Forward Cash to request those changes.

How will I know that my beneficiary received the funds?

An email is sent once the transaction has been completed.

Can I cancel a transaction and get a refund after my beneficiary has received the funds?

No. The beneficiary cannot return the funds after they have been collected.
